Stitching Life does not currently accept online payments for sales. If you wish to purchase any goods, you must contact us directly to arrange the transaction. A legally binding contract is only formed when we confirm the sale and arrange for the dispatch or collection of goods.

Stitching Life does not take online payments for purchases. All transactions must be arranged directly with us via email or phone. No payments are processed through the website.

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of goods. Details are outlined during the order.

We will deliver goods to the address specified at the time of arranging your order. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.

Item descriptionYou own the goods once they are delivered to you. Risk of damage or loss passes to you at that time. If you use your own courier, the risk passes to you once the goods are handed over.

You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after receiving your goods (excluding bespoke or made-to-order items). You must return goods at your own cost unless they are faulty.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Goods may be returned within 14 days, in their original condition. Postage costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right not to process your order if:

• We have insufficient stock,

• We do not deliver to your area, or

• A pricing error has occurred.

If the goods do not conform to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return them. We will cover the cost of return or collection in such cases.

We are not liable for losses resulting from use of the website or for delays outside our control. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
